Shipping policy
1. Processing & Handling All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Because many of our items are unique auction finds, we take extra care in specialized packaging to ensure technical integrity during transit.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery We utilize a variety of carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to provide the most efficient rates.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days.

Economy Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days (Available for select lightweight items).
3. Order Verification & Tracking

Tracked Shipments: For high-value or bulk items, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Economy Shipments: To keep costs low for our customers on smaller items, economy shipping may be sent without a tracking number where applicable. You will still receive a notification when your item has been dispatched.
4. Customs & Taxes ZZ Tips is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Liabilities While we ensure robust packaging, ZZ Tips is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
